To those who are fans of the television show, at first glance this may seem like a retelling of the first season of miraculous, but the more you read, the more the chapters become their own story as if it were an alternate reality/version of what we have already seen of the animated series. Little details have been changed and added and this may be a lot more fast paced than the show.

This is a four koma manga. A manga where each page consists of two columns of four squares containing a smaller and mostly chibi art style. You read from top to bottom going from right to left. If you like tsuredure children, then this might be for you!

Having seen this on sukima as a free (with tickets) to read (in Japanese) series, I was surprised to see it translated into english on here and other manga streaming services. What surprised me even more is seeing that the author of this manga is also the author of the series below this review.

With four chapters split into three parts, let me make more sense of the description. A new transfer student looks like a characters from the FMLs favorite book. Thinking he's just like all the rest she sees him at a yaoi fan meet up! If you liked Kiss Him Not Me and Mabusasa you might want to check out this.

With the underlying context of robin hood, this tale has a peaceful conclusion. This story knows how to develop its characters to the point that you'll be so invested that you'll want to finish this in one sitting! Manga UP! has a lot of fantasy titles and only a few are not.

Having a limited wardrobe to keep the title of this manga consistent and to remind the reader, she is in fact a maid. We follow the female lead enjoy her journey of trying typical Japanese treats such as anpan and milk or melon bread. MangaPlaza has a whole section dedicated to the food and drink genre, but as it is so scarce, that I feel it would be great if they licensed Oishii Veranda by Hazuki Takeoka and Oka Okazaki to widen the MP cuisine collection!

The longer the manga went on, the more it explored its own options. The main character changed a lot through the different arcs, but never failed to include constant misunderstandings which kept up the comedy of this story.

A wholesome manga that may give you hope with your own romantic endeavours. The side characters assist the main ones to progress the story. There are misunderstanding but they aren't dragged out to the point it becomes unreadable.

Good romcom about a boy who refuses to profess his love to the protagonist until he has beaten her in a game of shogi. Even though he makes it obvious and she is aware of his feelings. It's a reverse takagi-san as, in this manga, he is the one teasing her. But if you enjoyed takagi then you should definitely check this one out.

So from what I have researched, i'm gathering that he sacrifices his time with his loved one (dumb idea dude) to make this side story become a crossover with the HOLiC series also made by CLAMP.

A series centred around the space opera phenomenon. One of which, has been overcast by many other genres. With the iconic Leiji visuals, a powerfully mysterious female lead and an ocean full of stars for her to set sail.

The misadventures of a female lead with a flashy fashion sense and a not-to-scale dinosaur. The chapters are short, there's way too much animal print and the dino design is kinda freaky.

An heiress restricted by tradition and a mischievous guy hired to never leave her side. With conditions like that, this story is not for me.

This manga is mostly praised for it's relatable and down to earth story telling. Not being afraid to be cynical, the story explores the life of a main character who hasn't decided a plan for her life but reminds us that that is ok.

With very little plot, you will just be reading about how a dog, cat and owner interact with one another. With funny and cute hijinks, you'll have a lot to read through with seven volumes still ongoing.

A story that jumps right into the beginning of a sweet relationship for all of those who enjoy the romance genre. What annoys me though is that even there is no rule saying they can't see each other, but they are keeping it a secret from their coworkers anyway.

An unnecessary turn of events, wishy-washy dramatics and bumpy storytelling, but all in all cute way to pass the time.

I feel manga classics would receive better reception if they were to rebrand and focus on licensing manga from the 80s to the 00s. Manga like From up on Poppy Hill by Sayama Tetsuro and Takahashi Chizuru , so people are able to see how the original work compares to the movie, for example.

This story is good at developing context and backstories for its characters. What it could have improved on is resolving all of its scenario's before it had ended.

The prequel has the same title just without the word Aqua. This version however, sound like an alternate version of its predecessor.
